Examined parents' and children's perspectives on the differences in children's adjustment to family moves that occur because a parent has been transferred to a new job by the employing corporation. Data on 45 children and adolescents and their parents indicated that the best predictor of postmove adjustment was premove levels of adjustment. (NH)
