Describes the use of interactive video material for teaching mathematics using the doomsday system developed in England. The material on the videodisc contains photographs, maps, text, and statistics. Printed materials were developed to help guide the students in the use of the video material. Results of the classroom trials with the materials are also reported. (YP)
