Presents findings from a nationwide study of community college faculty, focusing on faculty characteristics (i.e., sex, age, ethnic background), academic preparation and experience, professional associations, publications, long-range goals, class size, teaching style, self-evaluation, prior community college attendance, job satisfaction, and percentage of time.
