Examined impact of structured sensitivity training on teacher's perception of pupils. Exposed female teachers (N=34) to one of four group programs: (1) structured sensitivity training; (2) unstructured training; (3) discussion group (control); (4) lectures (control). Found significant sensitivity improvement for Group l, some improvement for Group 2, and least improvement for Groups 3 and 4. (Author/CM)
