Examined variables contributing to self-awareness and co-worker agreement on 30 managerial characteristics. Study 1 collected data from 233 management students on difficulty of rating different characteristics. Study 2 collected 283 self, supervisor, peer, and subordinate ratings for 36 middle managers. Results showed positive correlation between co-worker disagreement measures from Study 2 and difficulty measures from Study 1. (TE)
