Context Effects in Letter Perception: Comparison of Two Theories.
Richman, Howard B.; Simon, Herbert A.
Psychological Review, v96 n3 p417-32 Jul 1989

EAPM, a model of learning and recognition in the form of a computer program, has previously explained many aspects of learning and perception. (TJH)
