Assessed counselor expectations of supervision and counselor burnout in a sample of 120 members of the Oregon Personnel and Guidance Association who completed the Maslach Burnout Inventory and the Counselor Supervision Inventory. Found dissatisfaction with supervision was positively related to frequency and intensity of Emotional Exhaustion and to intensity of Depersonalization. (Author/ABL)
