Examined representation of Hispanics in Holland types of work across educational levels, using 1980 census data. Data suggest that children and youth are exposed to limited set of occupational role models, both in terms of type and level of jobs. Also found that low educational level has inhibited the ability of parents to improve children's opportunities. (ABL)
