Urges administrators to promote positive social change within the school through pedagogies that are responsive to learners' diverse needs, curricula that are relevant to a variety of backgrounds, naturalistic forms of evaluation based on pluralistic concepts of intelligence, staffing that is reflective of schools' communities, and consultive leadership styles.
