Administered Resident Assistant Stress Inventory and Maslach Burnout Inventory to 164 resident assistants at medium-sized, midwestern state university to identify factors that relate to burnout among resident assistants. Found that being female, working in a freshman residence hall, and inability to express one's values all related significantly to burnout. (Author/NB)
