Presents results from surveys of health professions alumni (n=320) and hospital administrators (n=80) that revealed a perception of need for multicompetency regardless of hospital size or profession, particularly such combinations as medical technology/radiology technology, nursing/respiratory therapy, and physical therapy/occupational therapy. Suggests a general approach to multicompetency curriculum development. (Author/CH)
