A survey of counseling services in California programs for the deaf indicated a continuing need to expand school counseling programs and community mental health resources. Survey results are compared with a similar study conducted 10 years earlier, and seven new recommendations are made. Thirty-eight existing programs in California are listed. (Author/VW)
