The influence and impact of federal legislative and regulatory bodies were explored by the participants of the SCUP-22 conference. The issues covered by 89 presenters included federal relations; people perspective; excellence in plans and planners; enrollment management; management planning--budgets and facilities; consulting and contracting; and accreditation, planning, and outcomes measures.
