Camp programs for human relations must build on a foundation of well-learned skills, teach skills efficiently to allow time for group development, and overcome sex role stereotypes. Camp directors must attend to instructional design including analysis of subject matter and learner, effective teaching procedures, and evaluation of the competence. (JHZ)
