This review of models of interaction between homes, schools, and the community involving microcomputers focuses on the role of parents as both learners and teachers of the new technology, including software evaluation. Studies conducted by the Computer Discovery Project at the University of Maryland's Center for Young Children are discussed. (Author/LRW)
