Seventy-five elderly residents of Bernalillo County, New Mexico, were interviewed concerning their money and nonmoney economic resources. Resource distribution and adequacy were measured. Results indicated that the current federal funding level of programs for the elderly results in reduction, but not elimination, of elderly families in poverty. (CH)
