Gifted students require differentiated curriculum, and teachers of gifted students require differentiated inservice to address their needs in dealing with those students. This article describes the use of one dimension of the Concerns Based Adoption Model, Stages of Concern About the Innovation, which matches inservice opportunities to the needs of teachers.
