Discusses a survey of business educators and employers that determined whether business education curricula are addressing certain nontechnical competencies such as (1) problem solving, (2) stress management, (3) professional characteristics, (4) communication skills, and (5) human relations principles. Results indicate that students are not well prepared with nontechnical competencies. (Author/CH)
