Staff members of the Guidance Institute for Talented Students have conducted research through service programs for schools and families. Longitudinal studies have permitted monitoring social-emotional development through the years of normal education and beyond. Current research focuses on developing assessment techniques that help explain differential achievement among gifted students. (Author/ABB)
