Evaluated an automated analysis system for the Wechsler Intelligence Scale Revised. Results indicated significantly higher ratings for the automated analysis on an overall item and on items addressing Verbal-Performance, discrepancies, relative weaknesses, and relative lack of irresponsible interpretation. These results support cautious use of the automated reports and validation in current practice. (Author/ABB)
