Presents guidelines to appropriate keyboarding instruction in elementary schools. Topics addressed include whether keyboarding should be taught, where keyboarding fits within the curriculum, instruction time, instructional materials, equipment, furniture, teacher qualifications, teaching methods, student performance evaluation, and grading.
