Experiential Socialization: Some Effects of Positive Personal Reinforcement upon Socializing "Rebellious" Learners.
Sanders, Patricia; Yanouzas, John N.
Simulation and Games, v16 n1 p71-85 Mar 1985
Describes a study designed to determine whether positive personal reinforcements used by instructors can alter college students' attitudes about classroom behavior norms of the experiential learning method. Positive feedback given to rebellious students produced positive results, but students who received no feedback reacted negatively to the "inequitable" experimental treatment. (MBR)
