An Investigation of the Relationship between Computer Literacy and the Home and School Environments of Students in Business Education.
D'Onofrio, Marianne J.; Slama, Mark E.
Delta Pi Epsilon Journal, v26 n2 p132-43 Fall-Win 1984
This study assessed whether relationships existed between home and school environment variables and computer literacy. Two of the home environment variables investigated appeared to be related to computer literacy. Students who viewed science fiction movies frequently and students whose families had contemplated buying home computers had significantly higher cognitive and affective computer literacy scores.
