The Relationship of Adolescents' Perceptions of Family Environments to Earlier Measures of Environmental Characteristics and Academic Achievement.
Marjoribanks, Kevin
Educational and Psychological Measurement, v43 n4 p1153-62 Win 1983
The results of the present study suggest that family learning environments as perceived by 16-year-olds have negligible to moderate associations with social context and academic achievement measures that were assessed when the adolescents were five years younger, indicating the possible complexity of relationships between adolescents' perceptions of environments and the earlier measures.
