Examined the effects of social resources and health on the life satisfaction of 330 Black and White aged residents of age-integrated housing. Results questioned previous conclusions that age-segregation is conducive to greater life satisfaction. Findings indicated social integration influences the life satisfaction of Blacks more than Whites. (JAC)
