The Delphi technique was used to examine goals for service delivery for emotionally disturbed, behaviorally disordered, or maladjusted children. Results revealed that a collaborative multidisciplinary approach is feasible and that competent workers in the field can achieve consensus in setting objectives. (The questionnaire is appended).
