Compared personal characteristics, motivations for entering volunteer work, activities, problem situations encountered, and rewarding experiences of volunteers in adult and juvenile justice agencies for volunteers. Although levels of satisfaction and strength of motivations varied somewhat, subjects were remarkably similar in their general outlooks toward volunteer work. (Author/HLM)
