Answers to questionnaires about teaching by 105 regular and special educators revealed that both groups considered burnout a problem and maintainance of discipline a hard part of the teacher's job. Special educators voiced concern over too much red tape. Generally, both groups felt support and satisfaction in teaching. (CL)
