Investigated dynamics of change at the classroom level by identifying factors influencing change perceived by administrators, teachers, pupils, and investigator-observer. Results are reported as facilitating/hindering factors affecting adoption of individualized instruction, including teacher, course of study, facilities/materials, administration, and community.
