Explored perceived leadership behavior of resident assistants (N=68), their level of job satisfaction, and relationship between job satisfaction and perceived leadership style. Results indicated that job satisfaction was significantly related to both human relations and task dimension of leadership behavior and males were higher on the human relations dimension.
