Describes Student Team Learning (STL), an especially useful teaching strategy in accomplishing the objectives of improved human relations among students and between teachers and students, enhancement of students' and teachers' self-concepts, reduced minority isolation, provision by school districts of an equal opportunity for academic success for all children.
