Examined the kinds of counseling problems encountered by resident assistants during 1971, 1974, 1977, and 1980. A questionnaire was developed as a result of interviews with resident assistants. Findings suggested relative stability in the nature and frequency of counseling problems encountered by resident assistants. (Author)
