A nutrition education research study evaluated the teaching experience of health educators, previous training in nutrition, time spent on nutrition instruction, and student and teacher interests and attitudes in nutrition. Results show that, while health educators reach the largest proportion of students compared to teachers in other disciplines, they have minimal nutrition training. (JN)
