Reports the evaluation of an integrated nutrition education curriculum, "Nutrition in a Changing World," and examines the effect of teacher preparation on student outcome. Results indicate the curriculum is effective and that the curriculum guide provides adequate materials for teachers so supplementary teacher preparation is not necessary. (Author/DS)
