To provide management students with practical learning experience, the authors use a practicum entitled the "culminating experience" as part of their management course. This approach combines variations on the case study method and the Delphi Technique with shared experiences of field practitioners. The method is adaptable for use in inservice management training programs which cannot provide extensive field experience. (SK)
