The Marvick (1954) job factors questionnaire was given to approximately 300 adult education teachers in Georgia during October 1978-March 1979. Teachers are more concerned about skill factors of their jobs than they are about benefits. Reactions to both task- and benefit-oriented job factors provided suggestions to employers for staff and job development for adult educators. (Author/SK)
