Using the data experience from a particular district, the author describes the Helping Teacher model. Starting with teacher concerns on a voluntary basis, a fellow teacher helps in the classroom. Dissusses the individual goals of the teacher and the link to district goals as well as the dynamics of how to make such a role work. (JMF)
