An alternative approach to the widespread dissemination of birth control information and devices among adolescents, involves group or individual counseling for those females who are most susceptible to unplanned pregnancies. An inferential strategy is presented for identifying, according to defined groups, unmarried adolescents who appear susceptible. (Author/MV)
