To determine the teaching effectiveness of agriculture education teachers who lack formal training in agricultural education, a study was conducted of Virginia agricultural teachers with less than two years of experience who were nonagricultural education majors. Teacher background and experience data were gathered, and implications based on this information were cited. (BM)
