Constitutional Law--Denial of Equal Protection to Patient as also Constituting Denial of Equal Protection to Physician, Wulff v. Singleton, 508 F. 2d 1211 (8th Circ.), cert. granted, 420 U.S. 1041 (1975)
Burris, Christopher E.
University of Toledo Law Review, 7, 1, 213-29, F 75
Wulff v. Singleton represents the first case in which a physician has been granted standing when his sole injury arose from the possibility that he might not be paid for performing abortions. It also represents the first time a physician, as opposed to his patient, has been held to be denied equal protection. The court's rationale is examined. (LBH)
