One of five articles concerning trends in vocational education, the author finds little evidence of progress in preparing vocational teachers for special needs education, since employment of an increased variety of specialists seems to have been the solution so far. Conceding that the use of specialists is commendable and will be continued, the author nevertheless opts for the well-rounded supervisor and teacher. (HD)
