Teaching modalities and in-service training activities showing promise of increasing student learning and teaching effectiveness were identified by 25 community/junior college instructors who participated in a six-week institute for training in Flanders Interaction Analysis and questioning strategies. The Delphi process, surveys, and campus visitations provided means for data collection. (Author/JDS)
