A Comparative Study of Teachers' Attitudes in the Teaching of Undergraduate Medical Students
Davis, R. Harvard; Stott, N. C. H.
Medical Education, 10, 4, 255-9, Jul 76
Analysis of case study annotations by medical students showed that general practitioners demanded much greater consideration by the student of the patient, his family and his environment. Physicians and surgeons tended to be more disease oriented. Expectations and attitudes of teachers are diverse, which highlights the case study as an educational tool. (Author/LBH)
