The incorporation of artificial intelligence (AI) into educational management offers personalized learning, adaptive tutoring, and efficient resource management. However, ethical considerations such as fairness, transparency, accountability, and privacy are crucial. This paper reviews literature and conducts a bibliometric analysis on ethical AI in educational leadership, analyzing publications from Web of Science and Scopus. The findings highlight key themes and research gaps, emphasizing the need for ethical guidelines and further research to ensure AI benefits equity, access, and student welfare. This study informs stakeholders about the current status of ethical AI in educational leadership, guiding future responsible AI practices.
