Journal of Faculty Development, v37 n3 p12-19 2023
This article describes a reflective process, influenced by collaborative autoethnography and poetic inquiry, and provides an opportunity for replication at other sites. The process illuminated a workgroup's power to enhance professional lives in support of students, seeking to harness collective power to make space for critical discussions as well as ongoing faculty support. Common themes from our experience include the recognition of shared connections, the importance of collaboration, and the kindness and care now inherent among us. Individual contributions reflected distinctive experiences as well as personal style and focus.
