Use Of Initial And Delayed Structure In Facilitating Group Development
Crews, Catherine Y.; Melick, Joseph
Journal of Counseling Psychology, 23, 2, 92-97, Mar 76

Initial structure was associated with increased levels of self-disclosure in early group meeting. (Author)
