The interrelationships between two measures of alienation, major academic areas, and expressed occupational aspirations were investigated in 300 undergraduate students. Students' academic standing and residence status were also studied for their possible association with each of the variables. While the alienation measures correlated significantly, no other significant relationships were obtained. (Author)
