Breeding Hate: A Case Study of Training for Ethnic Cleansing in War-Torn Yugoslavia
Procknow, Greg
New Horizons in Adult Education & Human Resource Development, v32 n3 p54-75 Sum 2020
Nadler's (1994) Critical Events Model will be utilized within a qualitative historical case method to thematize the historical record relating the training organized for the Serbian Volunteer Guard (SDG) for ethnic cleansing in war-torn Yugoslavia. This work demonstrates how a human resource development model can reorganize historical data to interpret how genocidal groups trained for atrocities.
