In an effort to describe the two-year college financial aid officers and their administrative systems, all regionally accredited two-year colleges were surveyed. The results indicated demographic patterns and yielded educational and professional data. Details of administration of financial aid revealed types of aid, organizational responsibility patterns, staff sizes, committee involvement, and job satisfaction. (Author)
