This study represents an attempt to examine ways in which anxiety, achievement and affiliation motivation and dogmatism influence the academic performance of undergraduates under structured instructional conditions. Provides evidence for the notion that Ss' personality patterns do influence academic achievement under the conditions described in the study. (Author)
